Clay is available for members to purchase from the club when stock allows.
Clay can be purchased from the Club when stock is available. Members must document purchases in the attendance & clay book and pay at the end of the month.

Membership is open to anyone aged 12 and over. Different requirements apply by age:
We strongly recommend that individuals interested in joining our club attend our pottery class before becoming members.
Our club is primarily focused on fostering a love for pottery as an art form and hobby. Any self-serving activities with primarily commercial motives will not be accepted. Third Party Firing is not allowed. Members take accountability for all pieces fired under their name.
Upon acceptance as a new member, you will be required to attend an induction session.
We value a supportive and collaborative environment. All members are expected to treat each other with respect and kindness.
Our club is a place for learning and self-improvement. Members are encouraged to continuously develop their pottery skills.
It's essential for all members to adhere to safety guidelines when using club facilities and equipment.
We encourage active participation in club activities, classes, and events.
Members are required to pay their membership fees promptly. If a member has fees in arrears for over one month, the management committee may consider terminating the membership.
We have implemented comprehensive Operational Guidelines to ensure that all members engage in respectful and inclusive interactions.
The Bay Potters Association Inc. operates under a formal constitution and association framework that outlines our governance, membership rights and responsibilities, financial management, and dispute resolution procedures.
Our AGM is held in the second week of February each year. It’s where members elect the management committee, review the year’s activities, and vote on association matters.
If you can’t make the AGM, please let the committee know in advance so we can confirm quorum.
